剧情简介由于日本科学家合成了一种人造血，一夜之间，吸血鬼不再是人们心中那富有传奇色彩的怪物，而是能与人类和平相处的朋友。尽管人类从此不在吸血鬼的猎食名单之列，但仍有很多人惴惴不安，他们担心吸血鬼们某一天会再次走出棺材，爆发血性。全世界的宗教领袖和政府官员们与吸血鬼们划清了界限，但是在路易斯安那州一个名叫良辰镇的小镇上，人们和吸血鬼却和平相处着。
