中英文字幕的老友记 friends 下载
你可以上飞鸟网站上面有中英文字幕的网站，不过我觉得页面不太符合中国国情。你也可以上btchina搜索“电影+空格+中英文字幕（英文字母或双字幕）”应该可以找到的。还可以上www.google.com 搜索。
不过下面的方法我比较推荐。
一. 其实有很多是没有中英文字幕的。如果有些只有中文字幕的话。你可以到www.shooter.com.cn (射手网）搜索有英文字幕的压缩文件下载（也可以是中繁英的压缩文件，凡是包含英文字幕的都行的）下载后，解压。字幕大多是srt格式的，如果是sub格式的话，下载一个subrip软件将其转换为srt格式就行了。

二. 这样做的好处
你以前下载的只有中文字幕的播放文件就不用删除了，直接下载英文字幕就行了。（我也是这么做的哦！）
三. 在播放前要注意：
1. 播放文件（rmvb文件）与字幕文件（srt文件）的名称一致。（也就是“.rmvb”和“.srt”前的名称一致）
2. 播放文件和字幕文件必须放在同一文件夹下。
3. 播放时最好用暴风影音播放。
4. 播放的时候双击系统托盘（通知区域，屏幕右下角的那一栏）内的绿箭头（VOBSUB），里面可以调英文字幕的大小、位置、字体。把纵向调到15左右就差不多了。如显示英文字幕有些乱码，请把字体调为ARIAL，不要用中文编码的字体。（只能调节英文字幕大小，中文的是固定的。）
